Neon Rocket is a logic game, the goal of which is to get to the landing site without crashing. You can play both on your phone and your computer. The controls are quite simple: press the right side of the screen – the rocket flies to the right, to the left – obviously, in the opposite direction. However, there is a nuance: it takes time to get the hang of it and understand how to fly to the target.

When playing on the phone, you need to control it carefully and smoothly, without sudden movements (otherwise the rocket will crash into the ceiling or wall). Life hack: you can put your rocket vertically and then it will not crash.

The main thing is to move carefully and take your time. Otherwise, any careless movement can cause you to lose, and you will have to start from the start. If you use super calmness and somehow miraculously fly to the finish line, a new level opens up for you.

But remember, the more levels you go through, the harder it becomes. Obstacles in the form of glowing sticks are added, which rotate and prevent you from flying carefully between them.

You need to stay calm as much as possible and try not to get nervous once again. Although this game can make you freak out and throw your phone at the wall, especially if the rocket crashes halfway to the target and you have to start all over again. But the worst thing is when, due to careless movement, the rocket explodes right near the finish line. This is very offensive and can make you very angry, so stock up on a lot of patience, and fly.

The game has a fairly simple gameplay: a night sky with clouds and stars, a neon rocket, and glowing frames, touching which will lead to an explosion. During the passage of the level, you can collect yellow rings (these are our game points) and stars. Stars are located in tricky places of the gameplay, where the chance of blowing up the rocket is maximum. It is worth noting the fact that collecting stars and rings in itself is a useless and meaningless matter. As practice has shown, new levels in the game open up even if you complete them without any stars. What they are needed for then is unknown. Rather, for beauty and to complement the gameplay (to diversify the locations).

Completing a mission and collecting all the goodies is quite a task. You also need to try to keep your nerves healthy and reach the end.

Now we can highlight the pros and cons of the game.

Advantages:

1. Beautiful design in a space style.
2. Interesting to play.
3. Very clear controls.

Disadvantages:

1. Music. It hits the ears and gets boring. It’s bad that you can’t choose the music yourself.
2. Not suitable for players with weak nerves.
3. Bonuses in the form of stars and rings do not play any role in the game.

This game is not for the faint of heart or the little ones. To complete a level, you need to shed blood, sweat, and tears. Figuratively, of course. OK, only the part about blood is not true. You need to be patient, have willpower, and have strong nerves. Also, be as careful as possible. Otherwise, you will return to the start and smash the keyboard out of anger.

Jetpack Man is optimized only for PC: unfortunately, (or fortunately) you won’t be able to play it on your phone. The controls are quite simple, albeit inconvenient: to jump, you need to press Z on the keyboard, to take off – X. And the control arrows on the keyboard will help you run forward and backward.

You play as a pixel man with a jet pack on his back. The goal of the Jetpack Man is to fly around all the obstacles with the jet pack and touch the switch that will allow you to open the doors at the end of each level. You are a great guy if you have passed at least the first level. This is not a game for small children. To win, you need to carefully control the little man and use the jet pack energy correctly.

Your task is not to fall into the abyss and not to run into the spiked balls. Life hack: to fly over a large abyss, you need to go to the very edge, jump (by pressing Z), and then activate the jet pack by pressing the X key. If you hold your finger on the X key for a long time, the jet pack energy will run out and the character will fall. It takes time to get the hang of it and learn to maneuver well between the sharp balls.  Jetpack Man trains your eye a little because, in some missions, you need to land as accurately as possible between two springs that are located above the spikes. One careless move – and you will have to start all over again.

The Jetpack Man interface is quite simple: it’s perfect for fans of pixel art. The difficulty increases with each level, so you need to be prepared for this. You can complete the level endlessly – the character has no life. Sometimes you come across a canister of gasoline on the way, which increases the jet pack’s energy reserve and, therefore, the flight time. Some missions are really difficult and take a lot of time to complete. But don’t be upset: you are not the only one. In the end, you will learn to control the character well and understand the principle of completing the level.

The following strengths of Jetpack Man can be highlighted:

1. Nice design in the style of games of the 2000s.
2. Interesting and difficult levels.
3. The music does not get boring.
4. The game develops accuracy, and trains endurance (although, judging by some levels, this can be argued).
5. Trains the eye.

But Jetpack Man also has obvious disadvantages:

1. The game requires iron, calm, and concentration (not suitable for players with weak nerves)
2. No extra attempts or save spots (it’s annoying to start the level from the start, especially after going through a lot of spiky balls).
3. Very few bonuses (only a canister).
4. No enemies (it would be even harder and more interesting with them).

Another contender to tickle your nerves. Let’s meet – Pac Rush. We play as an insatiable yellow ball that moves in a circle and eats small red circles. However, we encounter platforms flying down on our way, meeting them threatens us with defeat.

Pac Rush is easy to control: you press the screen – and the yellow ball changes direction to the opposite. It turns out that we can move either clockwise or counterclockwise. By eating red balls, we gain points. You can simply move in a circle, dodging spikes, without collecting balls, but it is always more interesting and exciting to gain more points to break records. In this way, you can organize competitions with your friends and test your attentiveness (and patience). The more points you gain, the greater the speed of the falling spikes becomes and the harder it is to collect red circles.

The following advantages of Pac Rush can be highlighted:

1. Clear interface.
2. The longer you play, the more excitement and desire to score as many points as possible increases.
3. Easy to control – even a child can handle it

We cannot fail to mention the disadvantages of the game:

1. Lack of variety and plot.
2. Flaw: the impossibility of passing between two obstacles that fall at the same time.
